• Portraits are painted in black and white
• All paintings are shipped unframed
• Pastel is similar to chalk. Due to the sensitivity of the material, refunds are not available.

• Upon completion, one free minor revision is available. The artist determines the definition of “minor revision”
• Other revisions are available, if possible, at an extra cost
• Euge Sullivan, the artist, maintains all rights to custom portraits. Your portrait may not be reproduced, copied in any way without the written consent of the artist.
• The customer must own the rights to the reference photo they provide. The artist take no responsibility for the rights of the reference photo each customer provides. 
• The artist will do his best to finish each piece in a timely manner. He will NOT sacrifice the quality of his work for any reason. The time frame will depend on many things, including his waiting list, the current covid restrictions and more. He will keep you updated on his estimated time of finish.
• The artist has the right to use custom portraits for portfolio purposes,  or for advertising and marketing. The artist will never sell your info or a copy of your custom portrait.
